What is that program that comes with Windows Vista..where the screen gets all dark and u can cut a pic out?
I know this question is vague. But i had it and i accidentally deleted it. If anyone has vista please help cuz i need it. Its a thing where you click on the program and the whole screen gets all dark..then you can use the cropping tool and cut out any image on your desktop and save it as a picture file. I think the icon is a pair of scissors.
