How can I turn a header into a link with CSS so that my whole site will have the link applied to all headers?
I have a background image set in my css for my header, with the height and width set to fit the image. How can I use CSS to turn that into a link site wide (so it’ll affect all my pages that way I don’t have to copy and paste the code a bunch of times.)

Not going to use CSS to “make” a link for your background image.
Example 1:
Adjust styling to fit your header, etc. That code is one way to make it a link.
